Stephen Perrino, CPA

Stephen Perrino has over 20 years of financial industry experience in operations, accounting, and compliance, including over a decade in CFO/COO roles in the hedge fund space.  Mr. Perrino advises Atrato in his primary area of expertise, fund manager operational due diligence.  Currently, Mr. Perrino serves on the Investment Committee and as COO of Excelsior Management, an Atrato client.  Prior to joining Excelsior, Mr. Perrino spent 8 years as the CFO for Investor Select Advisors, where he was responsible for accounting, regulatory and oversight of their fund of hedge funds. Previously, he spent 7 years with Lehman Brothers, where he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer within the firm's private client services asset management division. He began his career with Coopers & Lybrand in New York, where he worked with a variety of financial services companies.  Mr. Perrino holds a Bachelor of Science from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He is a Certified Public Accountant.


Mansoor Razzaq

Mansoor Razzaq is the President and Founder of MR Smart Solutions LLC, a financial industry software development firm.  Mr. Razzaq advises Atrato Advisors in the area of information technology and is the developer of Atrato's proprietary AFRICA software solution.  Prior to founding MRSS, Mansoor was a trader at Six Seasons Capital Management, a fixed income hedge fund.  Previously, Mansoor served as a Vice President at Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management in the firm's global hedge fund research team.  Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Mansoor worked as a hedge fund analyst and in-house programmer for The LongChamp Group (subsequently sold to Silvercrest Advsiors), a fund of hedge funds.  Mansoor holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yale University.


Ron Getto

Ron Getto brings over 20 years of financial services expertise in human resource management, operations, finance, and client relations.  He advises Atrato Advisors across the range of the firm's strategic initiatives.  While Mr. Getto is currently pursuing a variety of entrepreneurial ventures, his most recent role was as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Cantor Advisors LP, the asset management division of Cantor Fitzgerald LP.  He also served as Cantor's Chief Sales Officer of the firm's debt capital markets division.  Before joining Cantor, Mr. Getto was a senior executive at Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette for 14 years, where his last role was in an executive capacity for the firm's equity capital markets division.  At DLJ, he served on the firm's Equity Commitment Committee, Allocation Committee, and Capital Commitment Committee, managing lead financings of over $30 billion.  Mr. Getto holds a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University, graduating Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa.  He also holds a Masters of Business Administration from Columbia Business School.  Mr. Getto serves as a Director for USA Tae Kwon Do, the national governing body for the Olympic sport.  He chairs their Compensation Committee and is a member of their Audit Committee.
